Creck Hardware and General Supplies was awarded the Southern Region Water Board (SRWB) Prepaid Water Meter Project during the 2018–2019 period.

The project was aimed at enhancing water revenue management, improving operational efficiency, and modernizing the delivery of water services through the implementation of advanced prepaid metering technology.
Under this project, Creck Hardware successfully supplied and delivered high-quality LAISON prepaid water meters together with a fully integrated prepaid water vending system. The solution was designed to provide customers with a convenient and transparent method of purchasing water credits while enabling the Southern Region Water Board to improve billing accuracy, reduce non-revenue water losses, and strengthen revenue collection processes.
In addition to the supply and installation support of the prepaid metering infrastructure, Creck Hardware conducted comprehensive training programs for Southern Region Water Board personnel. The training covered system administration, meter management, vending operations, maintenance procedures, and customer support, ensuring that the Board's technical and operational teams were fully equipped to manage and sustain the system effectively.
The project was completed successfully and in accordance with the required specifications, demonstrating Creck Hardware's commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
